BYLAWS OF THE “NORTH SHORE BUSINESS CHAMBER, INC.

#1: No member of the "North Shore Business Chamber" may at any time or under any circumstances, sell or offer for sale any product
or service to anyone within the North Shore Business Chamber, that is currently offered by another group member.

Adopted by the Board of Directors on April, 20, 2009

   * Clarification: Many member offer a number of products and services through their business.  When a member is accepted into the "Chamber",
it is under a specific category that offers specific products and/or services, upon which their membership is approved.  Even though a member
may provide other products and services during their normal scope of business, they many not do so for group members when it presents  a               conflict with someone already providing said product or service within the group, either during meeting presentations or outside of the meetings.            When members join the group and are accepted for a specified category, offering specific products and/or services,  there is an expressed                 implication and expectation that they will not have to compete with another member for business. We expect all members to adhere to this bylaw.

#2: All members MUST attend the majority of scheduled meetings, and not miss more than 3 consecutive meetings, unless there
are extenuating circumstances.  In the event that there are extenuation circumstances, the group President and/or Board of Directors        must be notified in advance, and the Borad of Directors reserves the right to decide if an extension is to be made.

Adopted by the Board of Directors on April, 20, 2009
     * Clarification: Group members can not network effectively within the group if they do not attend meetings on a regular basis.  They cannot benefit         from their membership,  or give back to the group if they do not participate, which is unfair to all concerned.
